Can we bring back Mordekaiser a little bit
Since the release of preseason, 
WR has been dropped to between 46% to 48% (where actually his WR is sitting at 48%
For now in all region, Morde WR is 46.7% (all elo) and 47.7% (gold+)
Given the fact that most of Morde players nowadays are Morde main/ Morde lover and that low play-rate (~1%)
This WR actually shows that has been under-performing atm
Here are some reasons on this:

Phase rush is so trash atm comparing to SRS SRS has been the most popular keystone for
in S6 S7. But now many players rather take aery instead as phase rush is noncompetitive (low MS boost & high cd).
Aery isn't the best-fit keystone for in my opinion -
Flashy champs/ rework release and cc everywhere Look at those recent champ/rework and meta champs,
etc
Most of them have either MS boost or heavy cc built in their kit
This makes hard to get to them even with the help of his ally
Suggestion:
Give him 
treatment
Buff him a little bit (little AP ratio/ base stat) to let people know this champ even exist*[sg-poppy]*
OR
Give him a VGU
