What ADC is the best now for laning and teamfights?

play whoever you want lol, it doesnt matter, picks are irrelevant until high elo anyways

Best adcs for team fighting and in the laning phase would be Varus and Miss fortune. Both can deal high dps in an area of effect and have a strong laning phase. However the strongest adc overall is Lucian and Tristana in terms of being able to duel and burst people down fast with mobility.

The only played adc's now are Lucian, Twitch, Corki, Jinx, and sometimes Caitlyn
