Her kit is way to strong. She build a bruiser/tankier build. Yet she has super high attack speed, damage, mobility. you build 
and anything else she builds is just fucking extra. I have fought her with several champions, and had her in several games and she just builds 1 item and whoever is facing her loses. She is basically what Yasuo would be if his early game were to be strong. She needs nerfs and she needs them badly.

Because Fiora hasn't been building tanky bruiser since then, when she was nerfed so she couldn't do that anymore.

Drain tanks are becoming too overwhelming.
