Its the most fun you can possible have in this game, and yet we only get access to it for a few weeks out of the year... I dont understand why... There is nothing more fun, and if you base your game around fun, why deny your community what is in my opinion, the most joyous thing you can do in league?

ARAM used to only be a custom game mode and then a non permanent game mode and now it is here to stay and people play it all the time..
Sona Ping1 votesThe reason is: Because, despite what people say when they are gone, Featured Game Modes lose their novelty quickly and the real number of players plummet fast.
Being a limited time feature makes people anticipate it and like it more than they would otherwise.
It's like Christmas Valentines Day; the limited time frame makes it more special. If they days of the week were Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Valentinesday, Friday... nobody would care.

Fatalitý1 votesAlthough I love URF with all my heart, what every one else is saying is true. If it was a permanent mode it wouldn't be fun any more. The fact they only have it once a year makes people bring back all the fun memories they had with it therefore making them anticipate it A LOT. Trust me if it was permanent game mode every one would get bored of it sooner or later
