How does a thread have over 21k views, and 3.4k+ upvotes, and you have not a single... NOT ONE rioter even POST on this thread...

We're tired of the whole "i was just skimming the boards" bullcrap excuse... How about you actually address the topics your players care the most about for once?

They aren't going to give free shit to people because a couple people bitched about it. And the only answer that satisfies the thread is "Yep we'll do exactly what you want"
Same reason "Unlock all champs in ARAM for free!" doesn't get a response. Because Riot isn't going to do it.
Why the fuck would they comment on something that they already stated professionally on their website? They literally have a whole graphic presentation on why they don't give extra refunds/how refunds work here. These boards aren't a democracy. Riot is not required to respond to threads that get X amount of upvotes.
ESPECIALLY when those threads are, quite literally, 'upvote if you want free things.' Of course those are gonna get highly upvoted, and of course riot's gonna ignore you.

This is not a democracy, and Rito is not the government. They don't have online petitions, in fact they have employee policies restricting them from red posting in situations like this. Sorry that I'm being callous, but that's the bottom line.
Isn't it weird? How they won't comment on something they've commented about before? And that they won't do it because they're going to say no which will just incite more rage?
They've said NO on this topic multiple times. There are NO refunds coming. You get THREE. FOREVER. That's it. Make your purchases wisely. They told us when they GAVE us refunds that this was the case. This isn't news. This isn't something we can haggle.

If they went into any of those threads and didn't say "We're thinking about it" or "Yes we'll do it!", you know as much as I do they'd be downvoted into the Earth and 100% nothing productive would come of it.

Honestly I don't really care about refunds anymore, the new hextech system allows you to try out skins if you want to buy them. Besides even if we did get new refunds each season if you have ever looked at the refund you can only refund stuff you bought like in the last couple months, if I wanted to refund something it would be something I bought at like level 5 with the free rp I got.
Different people man. You got all the Reds except the balance Reds showing up and commenting on these small threads. Why? Cuz they like to have fun on the Boards.

they dont respond to threads about refunds because they have routinely responded to those threads in the past and the response is always the same. its not changing. at this point its just beating a dead horse.
if a kid bugs you for your opinion on something over and over and you tell him "this is what I think" and then you ask him again and again and again eventually he is going to just stop answering you.
Rioters don't respond to most things simply because everything they say is going to be heavily criticized. Take a look at meddler and the "there is a world in which solo queue doesn't exist" just a chance it won't but the boards blew up.
You do realize it's the weekend right? And a good chunk of Rioters, like you and me, likely don't work during the weekend?
Like someone said, this is covered on the support page. What do you want them to do, have a red drop by, and post "sorry, but we have a standing policy on this issue link to support faq"? Then you'll just complain that they made the response they did.
Edit: Also the first two comments sorted by best have almost as many upvotes as this thread (17+11=28 vs 40) and you haven't responded to either of them. Yeah they aren't that close individually, but it's still a decent expression that a dissenting opinion is popular and you want riot to do something you aren't willing to do here it looks like.

The thread has been posted before. Just search back to 2008 when people were probably bitching about refunds before the game even existed. Any Riot response to this repetitive whining would be back in 2010 at least

They've already responded to this before, just because a lot of people would like it doesn't mean its feasible or necessary.
We're lucky they gave us 3 refunds in the first place. Usually you have to contact support to even get considered for a refund, but we have them in the client. Be more careful about what you buy, it isn't that difficult. Be a smart consumer and you won't need additional refunds.
Still don't know what you people do with your refunds. Like seriously I used two of mine on things that went on sale after I purchased them netting myself a free champ but I've never needed one, never thought about using my last one for anything.
Cause they tend to listen to only a small portion of the playerbase.
Riot honestly just has a random slot of 3-4 of them group up on the same day to respond to the same exact thread 90% of the time just to fill up the red tracker. Its not out of enjoyment, its just like a "Alright Kiddos, its boards day!" in which they pout and shout "I dont wanna!", and cross their arms, throwing a fit as they walk to their computers to do it anyways.
And there is an entirely seperate thread linking to that thread that has almost just as much popularity.
