Revert Morde Keep Visuals

ok so i played new morde, he destroys any melee top all day, for one if you build cdr his q gets to a 2-3 seconds cd, at 100 ap his q does 300 damage, his w is way to overtuned because there is a rune that increases heals and sheilds and it is both of them, his e is a swain rip off that is just to strong cc 5 people with one move that isnt an ult......why, his ult is whatever cool idea terrible execution, the fact he gets % magic pen is just gross, you turned him into darius but ap and better, and manaless, my thought are either revert him but keep visuals, or his q needs higher cd like 7 seconds at full cdr, his w needs the healing to be lowered to 20% max becasue he allreayd gets a sheild from first cast why give him a 50% heal afterwards????? his e needs to be shorter and narrower and only pull the first champ hit and slow the rest, his r is whatever, his passive shouldnt scale with max % hp and do dps and give his autos on hit, like look at his passive then look at fiddles, fiddle gains ms after not moving.......morde gets massive aoe dps and on hit.....what??? all reworks are busted as hell cant wait for the next one, please riot tahm kench top is cancer enough we cant deal with another super op top laner that has no counter play because he can just cs perfectly under tower and has heals and sheild to stop him from dying, and cant be dove because he just says nope your bannished
