Pleae stop releasing champions then nerfing them a few weeks later, you have them on the pbe, you should realise whether they're OP or not, seriously Riot, it makes you look like you don't know how to balance your champions, when I'm sure you do know how, and it makes you appear pretty slack...
R1101 votesPBE isn't a great tool to judge balance on. People not from NA are playing with 200 ping, matchmaking isn't as good as the live servers, people are experimenting not tryharding, matches are often a one-sided stomp, ect.
NoMonku1 votesThat isn't true. PBE is more to check for glitchs/bugs more then to see if a champion is "balanced". Sure they do some testing, but it isn't comparable to having the champion go live. Once they are live there are a ton more players who they can use as data to determine how to buff/nerf the champion to make them more enjoyable for everyone to interact with.
