Revert Malzahar
Rework did absolutely nothing. Made him even more cancerous than before. It's also shitty to play as and against. Just revert it. VU was nice, everything else is garbo.

Paroe3 voteswith the kog maw reversion, this might be on the table. as well as the cass reworks.
It doesnt change the fact that malzhar does need a new W and passive.
Voidlings summoned when malefic visions kills an enemy would be cool, similar to how yoricks Q works. those ghouls are just flat better voidlings. A spell blade passive would alleviate the whole "no interaction farm lane" thing, by giving real incentive to interact.
