Well congrats. Without a single direct change, they have been butchered. Nothing like being forced to fight over RNG objectives as an ADC at level 3 or risk losing almost a full level.

I feel ya. Even before this patch, I almost never saw that guy. I can only imagine just how awful it is to play him right now.
