remake needs to count dc during 3min

I just had a game, where there was a tristana that was slow to do anything after initial spawn... and then dc'd at 2:50.

It was clear that this was going to be a problem. but currently remake only kicks in if they dc RIGHT AT START.

This is unfair. Riot, please let us use /remake if someone dc's ANY TIME before 3 mins. Even if they come back!! Because ANY dc, is sign of bad internet. and bad internet isnt just a one time thing, usualy.

For the record, this guy was only actually in game for about half the match. 3 mins in, 3 mins dc'.d. Repeat. Makes for a lousy game experience.

Also for the record, this is something like the 2nd time in my last 10 matches. This is a chronic problem! /remake is a start, but please make it fully cover the problem.

it's gotten so bad, its made me givenup playing ranked. Whats the point when at least 20% of win is due to who randomly gets the afk.

not so great for normals either I want to play a game where MY play actually makes a difference
