Riot If Trinity is proving to be too good now...

Perhaps you could kill 2 birds with one stone by replacing the CDR on Sheen with movement speed. This would effect Trinity and IBG both of which seem to be too be giving too much CDR.

If a few more stats on Trinity would be needed to make it good 7% movement speed and back up to 30AD would be enough.

Lich bane would just get a build path change.

Possibly, depending on the numbers, that would give trinity too much movespeed with phage and~~ zeal ~~already giving some and make IBG builders too sticky.

EDIT: forgot they removed zeal from it. Just give it AP again, so it's a real trinity.

I was suggesting this so it would not have the movement speed come out of no where and this would also be an identity change for IBG to better differentiate it from Frozen heart.

Maybe for trinity it'd work out, but IBG is already quite different from FH, because it slows MS actively instead of AS passively.

IBG to easily replaced FH when it got the extra 10% CDR for many champs. IBg did not become an issue until after it got 10% more CDR.

I don't see FH much anymore compared to how much I use to see it.

Or just replace the Stinger with Recurve Bow and give Trinity a small amount of on-hit damage. On-hit damage goes well with the people who are supposed to be building Trinity anyway.

As for Frozen Heart, just delete IBG and port its passive to FH, but without the Spellblade damage.

Frozen Heart

Recipe: Warden's Mail + Glacial Shroud + 800 = 2800

+80 Armor +400 Mana +20% CDR

Unique Aura: Reduces the Attack Speed of nearby enemies by 15%.

Unique Passive - Iceborn: After using an ability, your next basic attack generates an icy field around your target for 2 seconds, Slowing the Movement Speed of enemies within it by 30% (1.5 second cooldown). The size of the icy field scales with your bonus Armor.

Well the iceborn effect would scale with spellblade effects when it's very similar to it, which is weird.

The ice field from IBG already is a separate effect with the way the item's coded. It's a passive called Icy, that made it not stack with Frozen Mallet back when slows weren't limited to 1 at a time per target.

That's also why, if you buy both IBG and Trinity Force, you still get the slow field despite Trinity's Spellblade having priority over IBG's.
