What was this supposed to accomplish? Ladder reset places people on more equal footing for the start of the season, but Honor isn't a competition. If you're honorable you end up Honor 5 and just sit there. If you're not, then you don't move. As far as I know there's no "Most honorable" ladder. What was the point of resetting Honor?
TheSandQrator1 votesPeople were super confused about how the honour rewards were given out to people and this is a way to try to change it for the better. As well as the chance of their "good behaviour" netting them their 74th Ashe shard.
I believe that I had seen some post previously explaining that the honour drops would have randomly replaced a key fragment drop, with a cooldown between them?
Now you've got some definite rewards at definite stages, which will cut down on the confusion a bunch.
