Idea for Champion Mastery Ranking system: You can't get S rank if you don't ward or sweep!

Since Riot wants to teach everyone that "Wards Win Games", why not force them to place at least a few wards (more than, say, 5) or clear wards if they want to get that S rank at the end of the game, regardless of how much of a killing spree they get.
