Matchmaking in Normals Against Premades

Riot needs to work on tweaking their matchmaking in normals so that 3-5 man premades get matched against 3-5 man premades. I have non-stop been getting matched against these teams and it is extremely unpleasant to practice in normals against this team with their comms or team that is cooperating with each other, and I'm with a bunch of randoms who are never as team oriented as an ACTUAL TEAM. Especially as a jgler, it is nearly impossible to jg when the entire enemy team is walking around your own jg and you can't get your teammates to budge from their lanes. Then you walk into the enemy jg and they all show up. Really?
