What?

Elementalist Lux, her ultimate, was in November of 2016. She then did not get a skin in 2017. Last year's Ultimate (2018), was Gun Goddess Miss Fortune as we didn't see one in 2017.

In 2018 she got Lunar Empress in February and then her variant PJ Guardian in November as they were testing out more of the skin variants.. Now in 2019, she will get her newest skin and variant nearing the middle of May when 9.10 hits next week on the 15th.

Kayn got a Legendary last year in September as his first post release skin, so it's probably safe to say that he won't see another till at least 2020. Yes, he's popular but that skin itself took a lot of work as his first post-release.

I was actually somewhat on board until you threw in the part about relevance as if Lux and Ez aren't two of the most played champions in the game. xD

Ezreal is the most played in the game. Lux is... actually a rather niche champion in terms of actually being picked. Far less common than you'd think given her skin count.

Guys... Do u know how many good skin ideas can happen with Kayn?!! Ice and fire... Shadow and Light... Dawn and night bringers... Just sooo many GOOD ideas! Many Kayn mains actually do not like Odyssey skin!
