why do botlanes keep losing to blitzcrank?

WHY? twice. in my ranked matches. i had guess who. a MORGANA support. and they STILL lose lane to a blitzcrank. What is it in blitzcrank that makes botlanes lose IMMEDIATELY.

Have you played botlane before? A majority of bot lane players haven't played against blitz enough or just don't pay attention enough to compete with a blitz. All he has to do is land his hook and you are done. "EASY", you're right, it is easy to dodge that hook. EXCEPT. Blitz has a movement speed boost as one of his abilities, and will charge right through minions directly at the ADC and Knock them up into the air. By then they are already lost half their health from Blitz and the enemy ADC laying into you while you're in the air. "Flash away after the knockup", yes, this is the only option after that knock up, except, BLITZ STILL HAS A HOOK, IS NOW 1 FOOT AWAY WITH NO MINIONS INBETWEEN THE ALMOST DEAD ADC AND HIM. So he hooks and even the best of ADCs will have trouble dodging a Blitz hook from a foot away. Morg could have done nothing to stop that. While Blitz is running through a wave of minions, Morg doesn't have the ability to land a stun on blitz, because of the minion block. Morg could stun blitz during the knock up, but that still is too late, and Morgs Q doesn't stop Blitz from being able to land his hook even while he is Rooted.

I am not saying that blitz is unbeatable, he's not. If you are focused and keep your eyes closely on him, you can win the game. For a MAJORITY of this playerbase though, they don't have the focus or awareness to compete against a blitz.

Your botlane wasn't bad (maybe they are, who knows), they were just heavily countered. Which is sad because personally I will use Morg support everytime I see the enemy has a blitz support, because Morg is still the best chance at beating Blitz.

its the part where all you have to do is land one q. Which is also possible on morgana it just takes a lil more skill

Look at it like this...

Blitz lands a Q then follows up with e, now the champ can eaither flash or just run away (unless the blitz has an iceborn) still possibility with getting away

Morgana lands a Q...follow up is grab a book and read it waiting for the stun to wear off...

Imo morgana>blitz because of this stupid stun duration.

The fact is when you see an enemy blitzcrank NEVER stand and farm constant clicking and movement combined with being safely behind minions will prevent the blitz Q. If YOUR morgana support is good she will save that magic shield for just as he fires and negate it compleatly.

The best counter for blitz is supp and ADC communication and not to be aggressive just wait it out for that perfect timing.

If your ADC has more farm + items wait for morgana to Q blitz and YOU punish their adc but keep an eye on that stun on blitz and be ready to back off as soon as he starts moving.

Point is...keep moving and avoid blitz at all costs

They can also be losing due to being pressured by a hook. Shit, you can go through a lane as blitz and not throw a single Q and stand in a bush and can garuantee that the enemy laners will never try anything aggressive.
