As someone who played him for the first time he was really fun to play, feeling like Garens pick up and play but more to master, very satisfying pressing those buttons. I think I enjoyed playing azir the least first time around, well I don't like playing azir at all really but I really like the concept and kit of azir.

I feel like the content of this post does not match the title in the slightest. You didn't even mention graves by name.

It says graves is great to pick up and play similar to garen but has more depth. Even if graves is overtuned (just numbers) his playstyle is really fun so CT did his job right and balance team fucked up again.
