in what way is fiora weak?

am not saying that fiora is too strong. but what explains that she needs a buff. I mean fiora is so fucking strong. if she has a cs lead on you. or a single fucking kill. you can't even stay in lane against her. shes too overwhelming. thats the best way to describe it. firoa. is too overwhelming. i mean from the 2 slows. the as slow. the infinite gapclosing ability that even a flash isn't going to make you get away from her. a free crit. max health true damage (to be honest this is the least part of fiora's kit that makes her strong. okay makes her strong against tanks really) but what makes her a pain is her Q that you can never get fucking away from her. she feels like am playing againt a ranged champion. her W that stuns you if you have any from of cc for 2 damn seconds. and her free crit because why not

no champion in this game presses a lead againt you as much as fiora. not even an assassin because if it goes to team fights she has a giant aoe heal. if she gets the smallest of leads on you. she presses it against your face. smashes your head into the wall. out of the city out of the world and out of the universe. you cannot do much about it.
