Climbing low elo is officially harder than playing in high elo....

After months of personal experience playing in both it's actually retarded how much easier it is to play in high elo than to climb in low. It wasn't even that high of an elo. Plat 4 but the difference from silver was god like. Playing in your deserved division is league of legends, playing in low elo trying to carry people that don't understand the concepts your telling them is Carry of Legends. Unfortunately, carrying low elo and playing in gold/plat+ involve 2 different skill sets as I have found out. Even in the high elo amateur tournament play. It becomes less about your KDA and more about the actual game.

I just dont see how I hold a 65% win rate in plat but a 50% in silver V.....I do, but I guess it's dumb how different the play is. I SUCK DICK at carry of legends but apparently can play at plat when I actually play league of legends. Now I don't think that plat will turn into a diamond but I could see P4 turning P3. Not much higher tho.

Playing carry of legends is about winning lane so bad that you can then continue to go to the other lanes and win their lane for them. Playing league of legends is about playing a team orients objective based game. While their is still the SoloQ problems in plat the the focus, awareness, teamwork, rotations, followups and plays are leagues above silver. Literally lol. As a support/tank player the above are the most important quality that low elo lacks. For example, warding in low elo is actually a waste of time unless you as the support spam pings whenever someone touches the ward because your team isn't going to see them. They are too busy in their tunnel.

Whenever you watch a "how to escape low elo guide" it proves my point. It never once talks about objectives, vision control or teamwork. They all basically say "snowball so hard they cant stop you". That just isn't league.....

I don't play league to fight against my team and my enemies. That is what low elo is. Don't you dare correct a low elo build/decision either. They are challenjour...

Plat you could let your team carry you with success.

Silver you gotta carry, all monkeys. That isn't hard though if you're plat/diamond.

I guess if all you play is Janna , then I could see it lol.

All of those elos are still full of monkeys though lol, just some monkeys can touch their keyboards.

I'd say being the carry might just be a skill you lack. Like im god awful at jg lol

It is, I agree. I don't carry but that doesn't mean I don't win games. The plays I make are easy for those in plat to follow up but when I do those same exact plays in silver elo I don't get anything because nobody knows what to do.

Playing support/utility in low elo is basically like a thresh lantern in low elo. I can give you the tools to succeed (the lantern) but if you flash over them and die then I can't help you....Unfortunately those champs I find fun. I personally don't like the overtop I kill you 400 time champions. I find it much more fun to the be one doing the play, not killing off the play.

makes sense. It doesn't matter if you give a bronze vanyne item 3504 item 3050 item 3107 item 3190 , 1000 heal from a janna ult, multiple shields, and knockup the enemy dashing in, its still a bronze Vayne xD

I personally disagree, i mean plat is nice cause everyone has some awareness of the game. but in silver i can go darius and carry the game 9/10 times. my smurf has a 90% winrate and went from s3 to g5 in 30 games

Perfect example is the game I just played. Bot lane dropped 33 deaths between them... ADC died 18 times alone. They just kept running down the lane pushing bot against a leona lucian that kept catching them out and killing them....a plat player would be like hmmmmmmmm, Im a sona and draven. Pushing to turret with no tower against a LUCIAN AND SONA + eve jg is 100% a bad idea. But no, low elo is like push push push kill kill kill push.

Shit like that happens so frequently that literally 2 games after this post a usable example pops up.... I roamed bot 7 times..... Didn't help. Thanks to me roaming the eve they also fed 5-1 camped my lane and cucked me under tower with ekko....... so not only did bot basically int cause they didn't knw what to do, I got camped for helping them by the person they fed.....

To throw even more low elo in there, we started winning fights off a snowballed irelia until our rammus got tilted at the game length and intentionally split push so we couldn't fight the final to win....he was so tilted that isntead of fighting and winning he afk pushed top and lost....#LowEloIsntLeagueOfLegends

In a plat game based off the ones I played bot wouldn't have inted because they woulda known that match up, which means I wouldnt have roamed 7 times which means a evelynn wouldn't have camped me which means rammus wouldn't have afked which means we won.....

Low elo is 1vs 9 you play assasins that roam and get fed easily and carry off constantly killing enemy champs or just strong 1v 1 splitpushers. By plat you already starting to think about your champion picks and win conditions.

Personally, I just played poke/waveclear champions since every game basically devolved into ARAM.

Varus and Ziggs carried me through Silver and Gold back in S5.

I can already explain how each lane is going to go and how we need to win but it doesn't do much is the response is "lol pleb stfu im a smurf" then they feed... it's literal herding sheep playing support.

Plat high elo rofl. Good one.

Its much, much easier to play in low ranks. Thats the point of ranks. I was placed Bronze 4 this season and peaked Diamond V one month ago. Bronze was the most fun i'd had in league since back when i started playing, and i reached silver in two days. Gold was a little rough, but all it really took was patience and frequent use of /mute all

They were two different games for me. Nothing I do in silver works in plat and vice versa yet plat is easier.

Just play any sort of late game carries and try to main carry roles. Any sort of burst mage/assassin works. If you want the safer option, you can try veigar (very easy to delete silvers) You can also go any sort of hyper carries like Jax, Trundle, etc. They are really good for pushing lanes. I won plenty just by getting turrets.
