Riiigghhtt, those plat+ elos that don't know how to play league. That must be it because all of Riot's balance decisions are correct and they always do what is best for the game.

Glad I quit maining him the start of s8. Woulda been sad to see him go but now it's more like an elementary school friend I run into at Walmart that's addicted to Coke or smthn
