IS DIANA GETTING AN AD NERF???
I'm looking @ surrender at 20 and she's getting an AS buff (obviously, wtf took you so long riot), but I heard people talk about her getting an -2 AD nerf... WHERE IS THIS?? I CANT FIND IT AT SURRENDER AT 20
