Not sure why Riot listened to all the kids crying about wanting Leblanc back. Anyone who played the game during season 6 knows how unhealthy Leblanc was. The rework actually left some room to counter-play her, all they needed was to slightly buff her passive.
Though the reworked LB did have more counter-play it was simply just as cancerous to play against since the main thing that made her cancerous in the first place was her early game harass and the amount of mobility she has with her W. (this is simply an opinion) The current LB still has counter-play but they gave her back her burst which i think its how it should be.
LB wasnt too much fun to play and i think it was a bad idea to rework her in the way they did, as in make a super squishy assassin need to stay in attack range for 1-3 seconds in order to do her burst. Adcs late game were able to easily 2-3 shot LB before her burst was even really applied, so her playstyle changed from being an assassin to being a kinda bursty squishy fighter which was very situational for burst.
