PLEASE give Winter Neeko's Q an outline

I'm putting this under gameplay because it literally is a huge gameplay issue imo

Winter Wonderland Neeko's Q doesnt have a strong outline and so it's literally impossible to see on the new snow map. And I don't mean it's just "hard to see" - the ability literally blends into the snow perfectly and you literally cannot see it at all. I learned this the hard way when I lost lane a Neeko because of this.

Turning off the snow skin works, but this should still be fixed.

I'm backing this, because I've been playing my white chroma on OS Teemo and people seem to walk by me before I even cloak. This can also be said for Winter Wonder Karma's auto attacks.
