Bruiser build assassins and marksmen should not be a thing.

This goes against what Riot said when they took out Tank Ekko and Bruiser Fizz. They could build tanky and be just as effective as their damage forms but with less weaknesses. But now it's happening again because champions like Fiora and Graves, who are exploiting it more than a pageant mom exploits her daughters. They aren't the only one's but they are the most noticeable. They sacrifice little to no damage when they build bruiser and also remove their biggest weakness at the same time. Building 1-2 defensive items isn't at all toxic, but there is no excuse for the way champions like Fiora and Graves can build the same thing that a Darius or Garen would and still still be able to deal the same amount of damage as they would with their damage builds.
