I mean, most champs are gonna lose max ~4.5% of their damage and a bit less than 2% if their target is below 40% hp... its most likely not going to change the game. If anything, tanks will become even stronger and... who wants that? lul
Ralanr3 votesTanks will definitely feel more durable, but they'll also be losing damage as well since they often used masteries like battletrance after going 18 in resolve.
It's not like tanks decided to use 12 points for cunning after they took resolve.
Penns1 votesTanks lose like 2% from battle trance, but other than that.. Im afraid its gonna nerf assassins (and burst mages I guess but most of them deserve it anyway xd) the most since they have to burst and then wait for cooldowns. Doesnt really matter for tanks, they just stay on top of you for one more second.

Dps damage on the other hand will be better valued.
Kallian2 votesIt reduces the overall damage spike we've recieved with these mastery pages, it makes teamfights last longer, snowballing harder, and just overall makes the game much more strategy-based than reflex-based
