Zac's Slingshot vs Azir Ult

This one has always bothered me. For some reason Azir's ult counts as an impassible wall that is infinitely high so that a champion who's notorious for massive wall jumps can't even clear it. How is this ult any different than Aniva's wall? It makes sense that you can't go through it like Aniva's, but to not be allowed to jump over it I just don't agree with.

"Jumps" don't exist in the game code, it's just visual flavor. There are only 2 things in the code, dashes and blinks.

Azir's wall is specifically said to interrupt dashes. Zac's jump is a dash.

Saying "it should not block it, because Zac's animation looks like it was going over it" is kind of akin to saying "Teemo and Graves should not be able to blind Lee Sin", or "Corki should not trigger ground traps".

You're asking a company who can't even get understand that dynamic queue is shit why certain character interactions don't work properly

It isn't like they can't work in specific interactions. If zac passes over caitlyn traps while flinging himself how come he can't pass over other ground bassed obstacles?

Anivia's wall is a basic ability. Azir's wall is an ult. Obviously Azir's wall should be better.

Well I mean this game isn't notorious for having a Z-axis as seen by what you said and the various abilities blocked by a Yasuo windwall

That's code for ya.

Calling that a "dash" because they don't know how to work code seems like a rather weak excuse to not adhere to some pretty logical things :|

Unlike Anivia's wall Azir's wall has a special clause that knocks back dashes because they had an "anti mobility" agenda when they made him. Too bad they waste it on a broken champion.

I don't know if it still does it but my biggest gripe was that it could knock you back multiple times. You'd think after it had stopped moving it no longer has the ability to do so.

Unfortuanately it intentionally works like that.

"they stand as a wall, blocking enemy champion movement and dashes"

My gripe is I used to reactively try to flash over ithe wall to stay offensive while it's still moving seemingly behind the wall but get swept back along with it anyways wasting my flash.

I've noticed Yasuo's wind wall works the same way. Even if I'm actually behind the wall where Yasuo is standing the wall somehow sucks up my projectiles. That one's is increasingly annoying since somehow it blocks things like Skarner's crystal slash even though that's not a ranged attack, it's simply a short burst around him.
