Hi, I am a d2 player and my main is a (in)famous poster from EUW who predicted and spoiled every sleeper OP champion accurately for every major patch for 2 years straight.
These champions are the current sleeper OP champions:

Support
I won't tell you the builds and settup, but it is 100% easy to get 60%+ winrate in ranked and easy diamond 5 in 3-4 days.
Blitzcrank has never been a sleeper.
I think Diana is a sleeper right now, both in mid and jungle.

Does infamous mean the same thing as obvious?
In my opinion, Kennen top is a bit of a sleeper pick. You don't see if very often professionally but I believe it counters a lot of what is strong top lane, especially if you are good at micromanaging the passive from Kennen's W to be able to land a quick AA, Q, W stun to proc Thunderlords. Most of the strong top laners are melee which allows Kennen to poke pretty successfully.
