Crazy Chatter2 votesNot really. Tru, I hate annie for being an easy champ and being able to 100-0 you so easily. Still, her whole kit is a 100-0. As long as you burst her or avoid the stun, you win. Tibbers isn't scary if you burst her and run. Also, face doom bot Annie. She is scarier than any annie player imo.

but she always gets one person with her due to the rod of ages build.not to mention she destroys the laning phase but then still is useful in teamfights due to tibberws providing so much pressure and if her stun is up you cant really go near her.
