Since Qiyana can have a Gnar ult + Rumble Ult can you let Galio Flash Taunt again?

Gnar R + Rumble R = Qiyana R ???

I dont understand how an AD Assassin gets to combo two ultimates into one, but my man Galio isn't allowed to Flash Taunt.

What gives?

No, they did that so they can work on him. Because of W+Flash they weren't able to nerf/buff him properly. Now that they did it, they forgot about him, but that was their initial plan.
