How is Leaver buster determined?
I never leave games or anything like that, but my internet shut off at the beginning of a match after first blood was taken and It wouldn't go back on before it was done. Will this get me a leaves buster queue?

if its your first offense it shouldnt. But i do think it also is determined by the mode as well. I would assume Rank leavers would get punished faster/harsher than someone leaving in say normal/vs ai.
but leave buster should only activate when you leave too much games. Riot knows people have problems they have to deal with outside of the game. Once in awhile leaving games is ok. when it becomes constant and you leave too many games is when it becomes a problem.
