I recently bought Azir
and enjoy the way he plays. But no matter how hard I try, I can never get above 5 kills and I die a lot, to the point of feeding. I know its not just bad skill (even though I'm only 24) because I have asked a friend who used to main Azir and he told me that over time Azir became too bad and they had to drop him. I don't want to give him up, so I think he should get buffed a bit.
Iqqi2 votesAzir has one of the highest skill caps in the game. Meaning the spectrum of performance from person to person on this champion can, and is massive. What a pro can do with him vs. the rest of us can do is extremely different. The meta has just changed to this very bursty assassin/bruiser version we are in today. Things change all the time.

He is a champion who's kit is the epitome of broken, yet that is really only exploited and shown in competitive play. While he suffers in solo queue because of it, Riot released a champion who is literally impossible to balance in solo queue without him being 100% pick/ban in pro play. On top of that, if he were viable to the masses in solo queue, the people who have mastered him would have a ridiculous advantage, and would you really want your only way to climb the ladder being "master this champion who takes an obnoxiously long time to do so?"
I'm sure you'll all look at my match history and complain because I'm saying this as an Azir main, but I'd do the same with any champion if I had as much fun playing them as I do Azir. Azir could be completely gutted to the point of being non-existent and I'd probably still play him a lot. Yet the fact remains that he will probably never see buffs save for the last one to his ult, but that was more to fix a bug than anything if I recall.

This is a cycle.You're pessimistic.Lux, Kog, Xin, Shy, Mundo took unnecessary buffs.
Azir can take buffs.

Lauchmelder1 votesI don't really know how to rate the bird right now. Just played a game where I 3 hit the enemy ADC with a Zhonyas and Nashors. I was 3/1/2 and the ADC was 5/0/0 I think.
