Camouflage (Passive)

    If Teemo stands still for 1.5 seconds, he becomes stealthed. 

    While in brush:Teemo sets up his camouflage twice as fast and can move around without breaking his stealth. 

**Move Quick** (W) 

    Teemo passively runs faster until hit by an enemy champion or turret. Activating this ability causes Teemo to sprint and gain the ability to set up his passive Camouflage immediately during his sprint.

Jesus, riot this is a fantastic step in the right direction for a scout champ, plus its unique. Well done.

I actually don't know that I'd call them buffs so much as tweaks.

Throwing the traps instead of dropping them on the ground is actually a decent change for Teemo, I'm not too upset about that. The bouncing effect is kind of cool, and while the range of the explosion is increased, the duration of the traps was halved, so I'll take those minor buffs for a duration chopped in half, and frankly all that is just code right now anyway, nothing on it is quite cemented just yet.

Oh darn, now a champion that was nearly useless in teamfights is viable in them. What will we ever do?
