Bladesurge AD ratio back up to .8 from .7
Base AD changes reverted.
Those 2 changes have screwed with my last hitting on a really large scale. Yes I got a generally good idea of when I can Q a minion and get a reset on PBE but seeing so many minions survive with less than 10 heath when Irelia lost about 15 damage against minions on bladesurge is really frustrating and highly punishing.
5050BS3 votesThe nerf to her E stun is what needs to be fixed. .75 is less then the rank 1 was before. He was not suddenly at 55% win rate. She is around 48% and thats bad for a rework.
