Fiora isn't mechanically hard to pull off. Her Q guarantees landing a vital every single time unless [title]. So I think a Fiora nerf would be to make the vital procs not so easy to pull off, than maybe she could have all the other powers she has.

The difficulty comes from trying to pull them off in team fights. Because as you know team fights practically dictate the game. Sure 1v1 it's not too difficult, but even one more person and the difficulty sky rockets.
