raw statistical data per region.
not like champion.gg or op.gg in which they acquire a poor sample size that dictates certain champion win rates. instead the data can accumulate on your half so we can see progress/regress, possible trends in itemization/masteries/runes, and can be a source for problems a champion may be having (ie; if a champion's win rate suddenly drops which may be a result of a bug). as successful as op.gg and champion.gg are, they don't provide true data and often skew the low play rate champion's statistics
