I got her last night as a just for fun ADC buy and now I'm wondering if she can do anything else effectively. She has no sustain so I imagine JG is out as tempting as devourer sounds. Her range is kinda short for mid lane. I suppose top but its not like marksmen top work that well as your depriving your team of a front line body.

You could top with her...but over the other adcs...why? Caitlyn and Kalista would be far cheesier

Honestly you could go Warrior enchant. People have done Vayne jg before Dev existed. Then again, back then it was easier to cheese the jungle.
Go bot, max W, don't die. Go for kills - her kill potential is fairly high and you will out duel most other ADC's (besides Draven and some others, of course. No one can outduel Draven.)
