First it was the change to his ultimate, stacking blight after a few seconds.
Now it's his Q cooldown on blight enemies. This means Varus can chain full blight stacks three times with Q/W/Q and an ult whenever you want.
The CD is decreased by 4s. At 40% cdr you: 3autos- > Q (7.2s CD goes to 3s) -> 3autos -> W -> 3autos -> Q
Before the cd on Q would be like this
3autos ->Q (4.8s CD) -> 3autos -> W -> 3autos -> (Q still has ~1s CD on it)

Nick Da Chip1 votesI don't understand. They did decrease his cd a little if you pop blight which is nice. Is it worth the AD nerf to his Q? Hard to say. :(
