Is Jhin underwhelming to you?

I'm only level 19, but the few Jhins I see seem to be very useless/helpless. The only kills I see a Jhin get is on a poor half health person that got caught in his ult.

i'ts the other way around, his damage is insane, he dominates games and has enough slows to make sure you'll never reach him.

In a sense he's like Kog'maw/Miss Fortune.

Probably more comparable to Miss Fortune; Decent peel for themselves but really needs a help of their teammates to help him survive.

Like Miss Fortune, if he's allowed to survive he can absolutely wreck people. (Though he's more single target burst and she's AoE)

Everyone was hyped about Jhin being overpowered at release, but all in all he's a balanced champion. All these Jhin's you see that are "OP" in Youtube videos are pro players that play for a living. So they're going to wreck anyone they see in normal queues, obviously. Jhin isn't underpowered, he's balanced. Anything balanced is countered by the meta.
