Urgot needs to lose his shield or be reworked

Dudes a juggernaut, a tank, an adc, and has a free kill ult. His rework was a failure. He is broken. He needs to be reworked again or gutted to a reasonable level.

You're basing this experience off from Twisted Treeline? Really? Especially when you're playing someone just as toxic as Urgot, like Darius.

I'm basing this off of months of playing against him. I'm basing it off of how I do against the player all game, be it If I fucked up or If I clearly won lane. I'm basing it off of the players experience and use of the champion in his history. I'm basing it on my champion, if they counter him or not. How many ganks I had and if it was possible to gank him at his current level compared ours. I'm basing it off of the amount of damage he is doing for his level. I'm basing it off of His kit design as a juggernaut. I'm basing it off of a lot of things. The TT game just reminded me to post about him. Plus his free kill ult is bullshit. If I know I am going to win a fight, but he presses r and kills me, it's bullshit. He should have to work for his kills rather than just pressing R. Half the fight in this game is done below 30% hp. He shouldn't get a free win on these things.

He does not, more or less referring to teamfights/post early game. Urgot's not that ridiculous to deal with, there's plenty of champs that dunk Urgot.
