the life steal isnt the issue, its the passive

Not really. If he can't heal up as effectively he's gonna bleed out and die from the delayed damage.

draven has a gap close and hard CC+slow so idk what you're talking about. sure i can stand at 720 range the entire game but how can i stand that far if idk where the champion is

Compare Draven's "gap close" and CC to Kog'Maw's CC.

You dont "TRADE" a draven, your support lock him down and you all in him.

Executioner on Kog delays other items.

It also garuntees Draven kills you because he doesn't stop the passive and only a portion of the lifesteal.

Kog should be the highest damage adc but he can't touch Draven, twitch or Cait.
