How exactly was that a bug fix and unintended? looks like someone shit the bed and is trying to cover it up [zombie-brand-clap] I laughed anyways.
Kaioko3 votesIt was supposed to be 2 seconds at all ranks as of patch 6.13 when they nerfed solo lane Lulu. That was the intent so the current state is unintended. It's a bug fix because they published the patch for it while not actually putting in the code for it to happen.
I'm not exactly sure I understand what you're trying to say.

A bug is something with the skill it self not working properly for example:
BUGFIX Fixed a bug that allowed Yasuo to get an extra basic attack when casting Last Breath (his ultimate).
See that is a BUG because he wasn't supposed to be able to do that at all but they coded it poorly. It's a fuck up when they completely forget to make an intended change.

Depends you could argue that it is a bug fix because the two second duration was not working properly as they coded it poorly. Personally I don't care about the diction used on patch notes; albeit I doubt "fuck up" would be the verbiage they would choose.
