Who cares if it gives people attack speed, champions who rely on attack speed are already going to build it. and people who need attack speed are the only ones who need to be in range to use it, w gives you far to much room to getting caught out because the range is shitty.
you can stack tear by having a 2.2 second Q that you can spam over and over again because your cdr and q are maxed stop fucking putting a point into w

attack speed is using your e to move into the w which 9/10 leads some idiot into getting caught out and dying because of that.
low cd doesn't mean you put a point into an ability that DOESN'T scale off ad.
