im sure rito gonna gut his dmg but i think they should either 1. make his e not go off cooldown by double when hitting a champion with your passive or 2. making his ult not do bonus damage to minions ( or at least not as much) he can stall games with it or push too fast or 3. do both of them

but if a champ is trash there is an out cry for buffs
there is zero possibility that RIOT can make it where all 134 champs are picked equally and all have a 50% win rate

Violent Hunter1 votesJhin went a full a full season almost at 30+ play rate and 50+ win rate spanding Lethality and armor pen and got very few if any nerfs. Get the off lucian's jock and learn to play with other adcs. Unlike jhin varus meta you can actually beat lucian. He isn't overbearing or oppressve. Just popular. thats it. Deal with it for at least another patch.
