if you're 0/8 you shouldnt have a say in the surrender vote

yeah all of you people who say KDA doesnt matter, now it does. So you should play properly early game now so that you can have the right to participate in the surrender vote.

As of right now people who feel like they can't carry heavy teammates are held hostage by the current surrender system.

If you have horrible KDA = you can't vote

this would encourage people to move to next game
