Why are people still banning Eve?

The people who think she's in a good place aren't the ones being vocal on the boards, this goes with really any champion.

To be honest, I'd ban Eve if someone on my team said they were about to pick her.

She isn't weak and she's super annoying ... just high skill cap to be effective

But yeah, yi, veigar, etc, better bans
