I have been watching some videos of new skins and it seems that lux got a secret buff. Her star guardian skins E seems to have a bigger radius than her current E >.>.

DJ Di02 votesI think Base Lux's E particle is actually smaller than the actual radius tbh.
Just how Amumu's Surprise Party skin shows the actual hitbox of his Bandage Toss, while his Base skin's particle is really slim.
