Yea the amount of un-counterable damage she does for free makes it hard to rationalize going full offense. Why not put that max health scaling true damage to good use by making sure you live long enough to abuse it.

she is pretty much immune to AD melees already so there's no point in getting armor. Just MR and anti-CC to stop ppl from locking you down.
