Is ninja tabi/maw a effective counter to akali as a marksman?
Seemed to make me a pain in the ass to kill for her.

Iręlía1 votesProbably, sounds about right. Maw is for blocking burst, and tabi is good for her passive and damage resistance towards her E. Very nice observation.
