Yup. What he said. Thunderlord's is pretty much on all champs anymore. It's too superior, which is why I feel the nerfbat coming soon (TM).

They aren't nerfing it. They are buffing everything else.

I think Fervor will be pretty good on him once next patch rolls around, but whether or not it will be worth taking over thunderlords remains to be seen.

Fervor of Battle would be the natural choice, but I would say Thunderlords amplifies damage better and in a more reliable fashion. Note that you get Precision along with Thunderlords, a mastery that greatly improves the damage on his E and R, which are magic damage abilities that scale with AD. Even though it's getting nerfed, that benefit cannot really be denied.

The issues I have with Fervor of Battle is I never feel like you're going to get to attack an enemy 10 (8 times after the next patch) to really ever stack it. Yes you have that double stack on abilities but with the two second cooldown I'm just not convinced.

Fervor of Battle was fantastic on Ezreal until they made it not stack on minions. His harass was really nice and it improved his laning pattern in a fun way. Now though, since Deathfire Touch doesn't work on Ezreal's Q, Thunderlords is the best option.

Thing is, Thunderlords is absurdly good on Ezreal. Not only does it improve your quick trades but it also gives you Precision, a mastery that provides a really nice scaling armor and magic pen bonus. This means that his W, as well as his E and R (which deal magic damage amplified by AD) deal a hefty amount more damage. Ezreal's damage is actually drastically improved throughout all stages of the game by these two masteries.
