No amount of buffs you could give it would make it truly desirable on most champions when the alternative is Thunderlords. Turns out actually killing enemies trumps MS, who knew.

Who needs thunderlords which falls off mid to late game when you already have the damages? i'd much prefer to live to kill a second or third target, Get the speed to chase and close out a kill or even just help protect a teamates while still low on health while keeping myself safe than have a but more Burst that i don't even need.

It's usefull on immobile Burst Mages like Annie or Brand. it lets them unleash a Burst rotation and back off.

Shaco if you arent in bronze that you can just sit and AA everyone because everyone is busy focusing malphite or ammumu (The bronzodia champions ) you kinda need that mastery for the go in and go out in team fights

Well with Shaco I would rather use Thunderlords, just to finish the Squishy more quickly

I use it on Talon in ARAM. I suppose it can be good for Rengar.

I use it for Kha'Zix, honestly helps a LOT in teamfights and risky assassinations.

Maybe. I think the movement speed is sufficient for the actual effect. Perhaps loosening the time constraints on the damage output would be good to start since currently the only way to proc it is if you're playing a high burst champion or you're really ahead.

But I don't view it as useless as most people do.

My favourite mastery. Talon can proc it at level 3 with just a item 1036 on a full rotation. Its also really good on Nidalee

And in my honest opinion, it is broken on Rengar . Its a scary thing when you are a item 3009 summoner 6 +Utli Singed and somehow Rengo is able to chase,catch and kill you after jumping you with item 3142 .

Yeap I know it is good for extra stickyness and to have more capacity to run away but I think it just has such a hard time competing with Thunderlord's so it would be better to have it buffed a lil bit.

Yeah but you could just use thunderlords to add damage to the combo. The movespeed doesnt make much sense compared to adding burst to a burst rotation.
